DynaVap The Cap - The Original Temperature-Indicating Cap

The Cap is DynaVap's original signature cap, made of medical-grade stainless steel and included with all DynaVap VapCap devices. Engineered to "click" when heated to the right temperature, The Cap is the baseline component that makes the DynaVap system work.

Temperature-Indicating Click Mechanism

The Cap is engineered to produce an audible "click" when heated to the optimal vaporisation temperature. This simple yet ingenious mechanism ensures you never overheat your material, providing consistent results every session. When it cools down, it clicks again to let you know it's ready for another heat cycle.

Friction-Fit Design

The Cap uses a friction-fit design, meaning it slides onto the tip and stays in place through friction alone. If your new cap is loose, give it a gentle squeeze to adjust the fit. This is the original design that started it all.

Integrated Digger-Outter Tool

The Cap features the multitasking digger-outter tool built into the end. This handy feature allows you to easily remove spent material from your tip after a session, making cleaning and reloading quick and convenient.

Important Usage Notes

Double Click is Normal: Sometimes the cap will click twice during heating or cooling. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your cap.

Adjusting Fit: If your new cap is loose, give it a gentle squeeze to adjust the fit. The friction-fit design allows for this customisation.

Requires Spinning: Unlike the Captive Cap or Armoured Cap, The Cap requires you to spin the device while heating with a torch to avoid combustion and ensure even heating.

  • M7 Tip: Finless design for even heating and reduced stem heat transfer

With Torch:

  • Heat near the base of the cap for denser vapour
  • Heat near the tip of the cap for lighter, more flavourful vapour
  • IMPORTANT: Spin the device while heating to avoid combustion
  • Wait for the click (typically 5-7 seconds)
  • Respect the cool-down click before reheating

With Yllvape IH 2.0:

  • Timer: ~15-20s
  • Respect the click for even extraction
