DynaVap B Dry Herb Vaporiser

This is the DynaVap B, a device in the DynaVap range. Dry herb means the dried plant, loaded as it is. The B has no battery. You heat it from outside, so there is nothing to charge. It has a stainless steel tip and a food-grade silicone stem.

How it heats

You heat the Captive Cap, the cap that clicks when it is hot, with a torch or an induction heater until it clicks. An induction heater warms the cap with a coil, with no flame. Draw slowly, and use the airport, the opening that controls airflow. Wait for the cool-down click before you heat it again. Use a Decapper, a tool for handling the hot cap. The condenser is adjustable for airflow and cooling, and the cap has indents so it stays on.

The tip and the stem

The B Tip is a single-fin stainless steel tip with a permanently set half bowl. For a larger bowl or a different heat, swap in any standard DynaVap tip. The silicone stem has a pentagonal shape so it does not roll on a table. The whole device is 5 parts in 2 materials.

Care

DynaWax lubricates the O-rings, the small rubber seals, so they do not tear during maintenance. It helps to keep spare O-rings and CCD screens on hand.
