Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

Our dispatch team operates 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Our goal is to ship every order we receive the same day, with some orders rarely dispatched the next business day (excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays). If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide, with some exceptions. If you are not presented with a shipping rate for your location, please contact us for a custom quote. Rates and delivery times vary by location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Puha Express is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

While Puha Express is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we will make sure that all issues are resolved. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation, which may include contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Export conditions and restrictions:

There are no export restrictions on any products available on this website.

Import regulations and restrictions vary from country to country, and they can change frequently. As a result, it's virtually impossible for us to be aware of all the specific requirements for every destination country we ship to.
